How To Find & Steal Your Competitors Best Conversion Tools

They know something you don’t…

It’s the secret behind why they’re so big.

It’s why they grow so fast.

And it’s the reason why they have more customers than they know what to do with!

You see, the world’s best companies and the planets biggest influencers & personalities have a secret they don’t want you to know.

Behind all their numbers, all their growth, and all the customers they’re signing up each and every day, is one simple thing.

It’s what helps them stand out, it’s their secret weapon behind why they make so much money, and ultimately what’s turned them into the world-conquering behemoths that they are today.

I’m talking about the tools they use.

Have you ever come across a business’s website or an influencer’s social profile, and wondered how they got so many customers or how they built up such a massive following?

Imagine for a second you could find out the exact software and tools they use to do this.

Think about what you could do with that kind of information?!

That’s why I want to show you how in less than 10 seconds you can find out the software and tools that not just the big guys are using, but your competitors too.

Let me show you…

Your Competitors Are Using These Tools – Here’s How To Find Out What They Are

What’s the quickest way to find the tools and software that could double or triple your business?

Easy peazy.

All those big companies, all of your competitors, and even the influencers you follow every day?

They’re using specific software to get their results.

So, wouldn’t it make sense to find out what they’re using so you can give your business an unfair advantage in the market as well?

Don’t get me wrong, you could absolutely go at it alone.

Spend dollar after dollar on paid ads, cycle through agencies, churn out article after article on your blog, or spend weeks & months building a list.

Or…

If you know what you’re doing, you can check out the source code of your competitor’s websites to try piece together what software they’re building their business with.

Code Aaaaargh Nooooo

Yikes.

Who really wants to do that?!

Not me.

That’s why I use a tool called BuiltWith.

In less than 10 seconds you can figure out what your competitors are using to:

  • Drive traffic to their site
  • Build and grow their email lists
  • Turn their website traffic into leads
  • Keep their customers engaged, happy and coming back for more
  • Ultimately make oodles of profit! (and who doesn’t want that?!)

Simply hop onto the BuiltWith home page, and pop in your competitor’s URL:

BuiltWith Search Bar

And in just a few seconds you’ll be shown all their traffic sources, links, and even the tools & software they use.

Check it out:

BuiltWith Search Results

Now what you really want to pay attention to are specific sections, like “Analytics and Tracking” and “Widgets”.

These should give you a good idea of the kinds of tools being used.

(Other sections to keep an eye on are “Email Hosting Providers”, “Advertising”, and “Content Management Systems”)

A quick look through these should give you a crystal-clear idea of what tools and software are being used.

I mean, look at this treasure trove of information:

BuiltWith Widgets Section

Not only do these boxes show you which CMS’s are being used, but they also show you which tools other companies are using to build their email lists, capture leads, how they monitor their analytics, who their email providers are, how they run A/B tests, and so much more!

Awesome, right?

It took me less than a minute to find out that Neil Patel currently uses WordPress and WP Engine on his website, not to mention accessiBe, Infusionsoft (now Keap), Yoast, Mailgun, and a bunch more.

Another example: Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) uses tools like Marketo, Optimizely, Amplitude, FullStory, ReachForce, Moat, Drift, AddThis, and a number of others.

It shouldn’t be this easy to spy on your competitors, let alone the world’s biggest companies, but luckily for us it is.

BONUS TIP: If you’re hitting a bit of a wall on which websites to search, pop in your first competitor’s URL into BuiltWith and then list down all the tools they’re using that you think are worth looking into.

Then simply Google each tools company name, and you should notice a bunch of their competitors bidding on their branded keywords (they’ll come up as ads) – List down all of those competitor names and URL’s.

Then, all you need to do is pop in those competitor websites into BuiltWith, and you can see exactly what the really big companies are using to run and grow their businesses.

REVEALED: How To Uncover The Right Tools To Grow Your Business

In just a couple of seconds you can uncover the information your competitors don’t want you to know.

Using BuiltWith really feels like you’re marketing with ‘cheat codes’.

Put together a spreadsheet, track as many of your competitors as possible, and you’ll start to get an idea of the types of systems, software and tools people use the most.

Naturally, the more the better.

You’ll now have a great outline of the types of tools you can either use, or look at alternatives for, to grow your business.

Until then, here’s to growing your business the easy way.
