How To Clone Million Dollar Campaigns In Less Than 60 Seconds

You’re not alone.

Most marketers and entrepreneurs do this every time they run ads.

And its why they’re struggling to grow, let alone survive!

You see, if you’re firing up your Facebook or Google Ads Manager without a clear, solid idea behind your campaign, you’re going to fail.

And I totally get it. It takes days and weeks (even months!) to come up with or to find great ideas for campaigns that actually make money.

You know the ones I’m talking about – that just knock it out of the park, and every time you refresh your screen mid-campaign that revenue number just keeps growing & growing.

Great campaigns that perpetually pull in piles of cash are hard to find.

Heck, some businesses never even manage to find a single one…

But what if I told you there was a way you could pull in millions every time you publish a campaign?

In fact, you can even get other people to spend all the time and money figuring them out for you!

And the entire process would take you less than 60 seconds…

I’ve been using this technique for over a decade, and in the process its helped me generate well over 9 figures.

That’s why I want to show you the simple little trick you can use to clone million-dollar campaigns in less than 60 seconds.

Read on to find out more…

The Secret To Running Million-Dollar Campaigns EVERY Time You Hit Publish

When I worked for Agora almost a decade ago, I learned a marketing technique that absolutely blew my mind.

A few times a year we would gather all the sales & promo numbers from the different Agora offices around the world and then sift through them.

For a company that now makes well over 1.5 billion dollars every year, this was like getting VIP access to something money just couldn’t buy.

After I’d singled out campaigns that were pulling down millions like clockwork, I would hop on the phone and speak with the marketers behind those campaigns. I got to pick their brains on why those campaigns were making so much money, and why they were working.

I could then repurpose and duplicate those campaigns, and just sit back and watch the dollar bills come in.

It was like marketing with the cheat codes on, and I’ve been doing it ever since.

The only thing is I haven’t worked there in years…

So how have I been able to do this in a number of different businesses and industries?

It all comes down to a process called modeling.

No, I’m not talking about me strutting down the catwalk in a skimpy dress (think of the children!).

There have been tons of names for it over the years: modeling, repurposing, growth hacking, localizing, funnel hacking, you name it…

Whatever you want to call it, modeling is simply the process of replicating things from the people who are already getting the results that you want.

Some of the biggest names in sales & marketing are using this method. I’m talking about Tony Robbins, McDonalds, Russell Brunson & Clickfunnels, Facebook, Instagram and many more.

If you want to accelerate the road to your success, and to find those winning campaign ideas, find someone who’s already getting the result you want and figure out how they’re doing it.

I’ve always said that success leaves clues, and modeling is just the process of reading, interpreting and duplicating the process behind those clues.

If someone is successful time and time again in ANYTHING, it’s not a mistake. They’re not lucky, they have a system, strategy or framework for achieving those results.

And its no different with winning campaigns.

If you study them you can figure out what it is, and you can save yourself years of trial and error. Not to mention how much that would actually cost you over that time as well.

Why try figure it all out when you can let other people do that for you?

Your ability to run winning campaign after winning campaign lies in your capacity to model the people who are already doing it.

The pathway is there.

People have laid it out for you. You don’t need to go and reinvent the wheel.

You just need to go look for it, find it, and pay attention.

So few people ever do this, and its why they spend so much money on wasted ads, campaigns and promo’s.

Don’t just take my word for it though, here’s Tony Robbins speaking about modeling in one of his sold-out events:

Here’s another great video from Russell Brunson on how modeling (he calls it ‘Funnel Hacking’) is a shortcut to success. He also talks about how dumbfounded he is that his direct competitors aren’t modeling him:

Now, modeling is just the first step in the process of uncovering your next million-dollar campaign or funnel.

The next step is finding the actual campaigns that are worth looking at.

But how exactly do you do that?

How To Spy On The World’s Best Converting Ads (And Clone Them)

First things first, you should have an idea of who your competitors are, not to mention who the people are in your industry that are crushing it.

Remember what I mentioned earlier, how success leaves clues?

It’s not hard to see who is growing, consistently spending money on multiple campaigns, hiring more employees, and so on.

This should be your first point of call.

Make a list of them, you’ll refer back to this in a sec.

The next thing you want to do is “spy” on their campaigns and ads.

This is where something called ‘Spy Tools’ comes into play.

There are a bunch of online tools you can use that can range anywhere from $0 to as high as $800 or more a month.

If you’re not comfortable paying money just yet, you can always use a free tool like the Facebook Ad Library.

There are two ways you can access it.

The first way is to go straight to the Ad library URL, which will look like this:

Facebook Ad Library

Simply search the company or page you'd like to see ads from and the options for them will appear.

The second way is by navigating to a specific company’s page on Facebook. Scroll down until you see the ‘Page Transparency’ option and click on ‘See All’.

Here’s an example on the McDonald’s page:

Page Transparency

Click on ‘See All’ and a popup should appear. Scroll down until you see the section ‘Ads From This Page’. If they’re running ads it should say ‘This Page Is Currently Running Ads’ (or ‘This Page Is Not Currently Running Ads’ if they have no active ads on the Facebook network).

It should look like this:

Page Transparency

Click on the ‘Go To Ad Library’ button, and you’ll be taken to a page that shows all the active ads that business is currently running.

This is where all the good stuff is!

So, coming back to our McDonalds example, their Ad Library page will look like this:

McDonalds Ads On Facebook

If you keep scrolling, more ads will load until you reach the end of all their active ads.

There’s a ton of information on this page!

You can filter ads by platform, region, date range, any ads flagged for political themes, as well as see options for any regional pages by the same company.

If you look through each specific ad you can see when it started running, and which platforms the ads are optimized for (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Facebook's Audience Network).

This should give you a good idea of the kinds of campaigns and ideas your competitors are testing.

Naturally the longer the ad has been running the better, because you know if a company is spending money on ads for months or years it is a winner!

You need to be clicking on these ads and seeing where they go, what copy is being used, and what the offers are.

Here’s a great example from ClickFunnels on an ad they’ve been running for the past 8 months. Would they still be pouring money into an ad for that long if it wasn’t working?

(I heard on a recent podcast that this campaign had brought in over $10million, so that further backs this up)

Clickfunnels Funnelscripts Example Adv

Clearly this ad (and campaign) are working and worth exploring.

The same could be said for campaigns you see perpetually popping up for a company. These are also worth exploring.

But what exactly does “exploring” mean?

Well, you need to ask a few questions…

What type of ad is it (generic campaign, retargeting etc), what type of headline(s) are they using, what’s the call to action, what does the ad creative look like, what does the funnel look like (you’d need to spend money on the product to figure this out), what does the landing page look like, what platforms is the ad running on, and so on.

This is a literal treasure trove of information, ideas, funnels, ad creative and plenty more. The best part is that you don’t have to spend the money working any of this out, your competitors can do it for you!

Can you see how powerful this information is?

Not a week goes by the I don’t check the Facebook Ads library. In fact, I have a list of specific people I go look at on a weekly basis.

This gives me a good idea of what kinds of campaigns are working for them, what they’re testing, how they approach their campaign structure and timing, not to mention the funnels that are working for them and the offers that are crushing it too.

It takes me less than 60 seconds to spot new campaigns too, and in that time I can collect ad examples, landing pages, funnels, offers, you name it.

Being consistent with this, and building a swipe file of all this information, leaves you with a library filled with the worlds best converting ads and campaigns.

If I said this was saving me years of trial & error, let alone millions in marketing spend, that would be an understatement of note!

This is the closest you’ll ever come to running a business as if you had some sort of secret Back To The Future style Almanac that shows you everything you need to do to make money.

But it doesn’t end there…

What do you do now that you have a few winning campaign ideas to clone?

How To Turn Cloned Campaigns Into A Million Dollar Business

Why stop at just peeking behind the curtains of the world’s best campaigns, why not actually build a multi-million-dollar business?

You don’t just do this through a campaign alone, that’s an amateur move.

I can’t begin to tell you how many misinformed entrepreneurs or greedy marketers think it’s all about taking out a few Facebook ads and then riding off into the sunset with bags on money.

The fake Instagram lifestyle and clickbait YouTube culture has perpetuated this myth. There are no silver bullets.

A massive part of profitable marketing, and ultimately how to grow a business (no matter what the market is doing), lies in systems.

I know, boring right? But it’s the absolute, bonified truth.

Systems, strategy, frameworks – you’ll often hear the heavyweights talking about how this is the real secret to why they make so much money, so consistently.

It’s why their businesses are always growing, why their lists are continually brimming with new names, and ultimately how they’re changing the world.

It also means if you can model campaigns, you can and should model systems.

Modeling is more than just ads and campaigns. You need to think bigger.

What systems, or parts of systems, are the people who are achieving the success you crave using?

Campaigns are one thing, and absolutely necessary to perpetually grow your business, but they need to feed an overall system.

A good business framework will bring in a perpetual stream of leads and customers, and then turn them into raving fans and repeat buyers.

Would you like to get your hands on a system like this? (HINT: It’s the same one companies like Clickfunnels, Facebook, McDonalds and Instagram use to get you to keep coming back!)

If you’re not sure exactly what to look at outside of campaigns, there are two things you can do.

First off look around your market and at your competitors.

This is always a good place to start.

Are they doing anything worth taking note of, or anything that’s really bringing in the big numbers for them?

Your next bet would be to look at markets or sub-markets outside of your own.

If there’s anyone that’s really crushing it, and they’re easy to find, what are they doing and how can you model that in your business?

Here’s a practical example from Russell Brunson on how he modelled companies like Dropbox, Hotmail and Facebook to make millions:

The Million Dollar Blueprint: How To Clone Money-Making Ideas For Your Business

The pathway to a money-making business is already there.

Your competitors and the worlds best entrepreneurs have spent millions figuring this out for you.

If you want to accelerate the road to your success, find someone who’s already getting the result you want and figure out how they’re doing it, then model it.

Remember, you need to model both campaigns and frameworks.

Winning campaigns will make you money, but winning frameworks will make you millions.

Get this right and not only will you change the lives of your customers, but your life will transform too.

Whilst everyone else is spending their finite energy, limited years and countless bills trying to figure this game out, you can shortcut your road to success in just seconds.

And it all lies in one simple technique.

Until then, here’s to modeling millions.
